Order Processing

All orders are currently made to order with an approximate 2-3 week lead time.
Orders are processed Monday-Friday excluding major holidays.
During peak periods and holiday seasons orders may be delayed. Shipping updates will be provided via email.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail with your order number once the purchase has been placed.
Once the order is shipped you will receive an e-mail with tracking information.
Express shipping does not bypass the 2-3 week made to order lead time.

International Shipping

All orders are currently non-refundable, custom and made to order.
Adjustments can be made within 14 days of delivery and shipping covered if measurements submitted do not match what you receive after inspection and approval.
